Products manufactured out of the Superior Hair factory are laboriously produced and continuously checked to maintain its production quality. To ensure our clients always receive the best products and service, almost all Superior Hair extensions and other products come with a 28-day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

If you product is included, you have 28 days to process your return. Purchases after this timeframe can not be claimed.

Please note: If you have identified a defect in your product - do not continue to use it. If you choose to do so, Superior hair can not be held accountable for any further damage to your product, damage to your natural hair, or personal injury.

How do I submit a quality control claim?

It’s so easy - just fill out the form below and we will get back to you. Once your claim has been submitted, a team member will contact you either via your phone number or email in the next 5-10 business days to discuss this claim. Our team will have to examine your product defect and may send it in for further approval.

The guarantee DOES NOT cover the following:

  • Defects from improper application.

  • Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc)

  • Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.

  • Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.

  • Color fading

  • Sale items

  • Education and virtual courses
