SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive an email with your tracking information once we have processed your order. Tracking numbers have real time tracking information and delivery confirmation, however it may take a few hours for shipping information to update when your order has been shipped. Any orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Once you place an order, we try and process it immediately. This means, it’s unlikely that we can honour requests for change or cancellations. Once you have received your order, we are more than happy to exchange or refund your products, provided that your extensions have not been opened or tampered with.
Please note that SuperiorHair Extensions is able to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees upon request! If you have submitted the wrong address, send us an urgent email to info@superiorhairextensions.com with the correct address and order number. We promise to do our best, but if your address is unable to be changed, we would appreciate your understanding. We cannot assume liability for parcels not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

TAX & DUTIES INFORMATION
Please note that international orders are often subject to duties, fees & import taxes that is charged upon delivery. These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority, and will need to paid to your carrier or government. The recipient of the SuperiorHair package is responsible for these fees. The only document sent with your order is your order invoice. Any other paperwork, permits, or fees will be the recipient’s responsibility.

At Superior Hair, we know your time is valuable - and so is your order. That’s why we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. It’s a simple way to help protect your purchase against the unexpected once your parcel leaves our hands.
What Shipping Protection Covers
When added at checkout, Shipping Protection may cover:

Damaged parcels - crushed, water-damaged, or otherwise harmed during transit

Lost parcels - shipments that never arrive

Stolen parcels - theft after delivery (porch piracy)
What’s Not Covered
To keep expectations clear:

Shipping delays - late deliveries aren’t covered; only parcels that never arrive

Incorrect address - please double-check your shipping details before placing your order

Orders without Shipping Protection - if it isn’t added at checkout, we’re unable to file a claim on your behalf
How to File a Claim
If something goes wrong with your delivery:

Email us at info@superiorhairextensions.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue

Include photos of any damage (both the product and packaging)

Keep all packaging - please don’t throw anything away until your claim is resolved

We’ll guide you through next steps, which may include a short signed statement confirming what happened
Important timelines:

Claims must be submitted within 120 days of the ship date

Damage found after delivery must be reported within 15 days
A Note on Orders Without Protection
Superior Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels when Shipping Protection is not purchased. Of course, we’ll always do our best to help but without protection, options are limited to what the carrier can offer.
Due to regulations or restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Shipping Service
Please note that DHL do not ship to PO Boxes
We use DHL express as our International Shipping provider, however please note that this service may have varying delivery times, especially if package delivery is delayed. Although it is rare, it is possible that packages may be lost or delayed. SuperiorHair is not held responsible for these delays or lost packages.
SuperiorHair’s free shipping offer does not include shipping to remote/rural areas. Additional fees will be required for remote/rural addresses.
Delivery Authorisation
If you authorise the package to be placed in a safe place upon delivery, SuperiorHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect address

We promise to do our best, but if your address is unable to be changed, we would appreciate your understanding. Fraud Alerts
Any orders with fraud alerts will not be processed and shipped until all details are verified. SuperiorHair Extensions has a fraud prevention system put in place to protect all customers.
Tracking Information
Once you have placed your order, within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it takes a few hours for tracking information to update, as information is updated real-time. If you have an issue with your delivery information or tracking number, please contact the courier directly, as we have little control once your parcel has been shipped.
