Licence Agreement for Use of Photos
Superior Hair Extensions Limited (“Superior”) agrees to grant (“Customer”) a licence to use the photo(s) listed in the Schedule on the following terms:
Eligibility for Licence:
Customers who have purchased Superior Hair Extensions products may use the photos for the sole purpose of promoting Superior’s products at no additional cost.
If the Customer has not purchased Superior Hair Extensions products, they may only use the photos by paying a one-off royalty fee as set out in the Schedule. The royalty fees range from $250USD to $1,000USD per image, depending on the image.
Ownership: Superior remains the owner of the photos. The licence granted does not transfer ownership rights to the Customer.
Scope of Licence:
The Customer has a perpetual, non-transferable, and non-assignable licence (subject to Superior’s rights of termination).
The Customer may not sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the photos in any way beyond the agreed purpose.
Non-Exclusivity: This licence is non-exclusive, meaning Superior may grant others a licence to use the same photos.
Restrictions on Use:
The Customer must not modify, edit, or alter the photos in any way.
The Customer must not attempt to obtain a licence for the photos from any other source.
Termination: Superior may terminate this licence if the Customer breaches any of the above terms.
